A few years ago I started practicing yoga regularly, mostly because of the beautiful aesthetic appeal. But shortly after a few months of dedication to attending classes, I ended up in shivasana, crying. I had finally “let go” and released all of my anxieties, worries, pain, and trauma. I have always been a strong person, but never have I been stronger with yoga. I have become incredibly grateful, for more than I could ever know. After seeing how much yoga has helped me in so many ways, I decided to teach yoga in hopes I may guide and teach others to achieving their inner peace . I continue to live a yogic life style even off the mat. Attributing to this life style is Ahimsa, meaning non-violence. I do my best not to attribute to violence, as to why I choose a (mostly) plant based diet/ lifestyle within my means. My focus on and off the mat is peace, non-judgment, love, and compassion. Namaste.
